At Local 534, we’re committed to providing the opportunities, training, and support to ensure that everyone can build a great union career. 

This year, we were proud to receive the Building Pathways “20% by 2020 Award” for meeting the ambitious goal of 20% female apprentices by 2020. Building Pathways Building Trades Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a vital gateway for low-income area residents to access successful careers in the construction industry. 

With support from programs like Building Pathways, our trades can ensure that everyone has a chance to support their families with great wages and benefits.
